Who we are
PonyUp is the trading name of an independent web studio based in the UK. For any privacy-related questions, contact tom@ponyup.tech.
What we collect
We only collect information you provide directly - typically your name, email address, and any details you share when getting in touch about a project.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver your project. We don't sell, share, or use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to manage our working relationship, after which it is deleted on request or when no longer relevant.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email tom@ponyup.tech and we'll respond promptly.

This site doesn't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
